History and mission

The BCH Post-Doctoral Association (PDA) was founded in 2011, to represent all postdoctoral fellows at Children’s. Our mission is to be a representative voice and liaison between fellows, faculty, and administration, foster a sense of community among fellows, and advance professional development through career development seminars, mentoring, and social events. We have established a new post-doc policy that came into effect on July 1, 2013.

The PDA is run by a dedicated team of research fellows who strive to make a positive impact on your post-doc experience at Children’s! Led by co-presidents Sreya Ghosh and Kimberly Wong, our committees organize a wide variety of interesting events for you. Join us at our monthly career development seminars, socials, and mentoring events!
